The Cast of Characters!

CAST OF CHARACTERS:

Owner: Al who’s favorite expression is,” I’m mad as hell and not going to take it anymore”.( I think that’s been used in a movie). Al seems to have an aptitude for understanding what will sell. Example he saw the need for using bright colored fabrics for the wheeled totes which is the best selling product line we’ve ever had. He understands money being a CPA which is an immense help to any business.

President: Will who is usually seen dashing around the office and plant with one or two phones stuck to his ear. He is definitely a candidate for a phone implant. Will is a very creative person and there are few people better at product development.

Production Manager: Michele who normally has 45 balls in the air at one time and is continually asking for more responsibility. She only works a 12/6 schedule now but is shooting for a 24/7. Without Michele nothing would actually be done. She really understands the practical side of what can and can’t be done with a sewing machine and is very good at scheduling production.

Me: Wayne is the overweight-bald guy trying to understand what the heck is happening. He used to be a pretty good marketer and sales manager who still has some vestiges of what products are needed now and in the future. His best characteristic seems to be tenacity and determination. Operations: It works! What you have is people conjuring up new products, someone who can put the products together , someone who understands money and someone who can make them and get it out the door. A pretty good combination.

What we count on is people like you who has a novel idea-has the confidence to pursue the idea and the where-with-all to make it happen. Entrepreneurs are what made the United States great and is the hope for tomorrow in the entitlement atmosphere of current society.
